District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew is a wonderful vendor at Block 16 Urban Food Hall. You'll find them in The Cosmopolitan on Level 2 of the Boulevard Tower. There's plenty of seating around the food court. Menu offers brunch until 4pm which includes biscuits, burritos, kolaches, and sandwiches. For beverage, they have non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, coffee brews, and teas. Croque Madame ($12) is delicious! It has a generous serving of applewood smoked ham, havarti cheese, dijon and bechamel sandwiched on a soft grilled donut and topped with fried sunny-side up egg, so good! Vietnamese Iced Coffee ($7) is lovely! It's made of cold brew and condensed milk, strong and really good, and complements perfectly with the savory donut. Also they give free refills on iced coffee and hot coffee. Service from Alex and Edwardo is exceptional! The guys are very kind, courteous, welcoming, attentive, personable, and friendly!

The best hangover food around!! The service is super fast and the easy access from the cosmopolitan hotel makes this place your go to spot for food so addictive. The restaurant is more fast food style so take it to go. My only complaint would be the donuts. They were a bit hard and would be much better served warm.

Thank you Yelp for guiding me here! This place is located on the second floor of The Cosmo, and boy oh boy am I happy I found it! They have a great selections of coffees and teas (that can also come spiked!), breakfast sandwiches and burritos, some brunch options, and of course donuts. I tried their cinnamon roll which has a delicious brûlée on top. This seriously is THE best cinnamon roll I've ever had in my life! The brûlée on top made it so delicious and their cream cheese frosting is not too sweet. I also had their famous egg and cheese biscuit, I added turkey sausage and it was amazing! Biscuit is so good, they incorporate the cheese inside of the egg, and the sausage gave it the perfect bite. Coffee is good, their teas are tasty, and I'm already dreaming about coming back!

Line was fairly short when we hopped in line but tripled in minutes! This was a HOT spot. We got their Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Coconut Crème Donut (generous coconut flakes on top) and their breakfast burrito. It was $46.60... it was good but extremely pricy for what we got (but then again, it's Vegas AND the Cosmo)... to be expected.
